[ He glances back when Hanbei switches his place, but they both know the destination so he doesn't question it. Instead Red takes in more of the sight of the bustle, of how it's somehow changed even when people before had been concerned about their comrades that had been taken.

It tightens at his chest. ]

Sure. [ Is the answer he brushes off the first comment with, not taking it seriously. And for after the part about the tents- ] Do you think Charizard will be okay? He stops bleeding quickly... the nurses and doctors here will be busy, won't they.

[ Something tells him as well there aren't machines to tend to a pokémon. There are his own hands, holding the bottle now by the ends of his fingers, but they only got scraped, slight burns from the heat of arrows that were out upon reaching Charizard.

They still tinge at the sides of his hands like any burn would, but he keeps that to himself. Something also tells him there's going to be worse off people. ]

[He almost wants to recommend Maya to help patch up Charizard, before remembering she was on the missing persons list and probably takoyaki by now.

And maybe Red would've been a bit too surprised by her appearance, too.]

They'll be busy. But, I'm sure there's someone who can tend to him. Most of us picked up some medical knowledge!

[Is it worth using a instant heal nanite shot on a Pokémon? Hanbei would think so, but there's only so little for each recruit as it is.]

The medical rover is that way. Do you want to check it out first?

[ He thinks about it, but all he needs to remember the state of what he just left behind. Compared to some they were lucky, and especially the one basket they got to too late...

Red shakes his head, chewing on his lip but letting it go quickly enough. ] No, it's fine. I'll check him out myself. Where are the tents?

Over there. With the medical rover. I think.

[That's where they are if there are tents, right? The CDC wouldn't make new recruits sleep on the floor...

...okay, they would. But not this time.]

Try to get some rest! I think we're all ready for a long nap after all of that. I'm come and talk to you another day, alright?

[ He notes the way they point out, then nods after. ]

[ And then it's only later that the fact he didn't ask his name comes to Red's mind, but whoops who cares, time for horrible howling. ]
