Well, firstly, they didn't seem really happy to see us. Maybe we were too forward! Or Vriska trying to go ahead scared them.

We gave them food, but it seemed that they wanted us gone more than anything. If we took one step forward, they took one step back, that sort of thing.

Tried to take the lead. What does that mean?
[ That's the role of their unit, as he sees it. And there aren't many senior Blues, in general, to fulfil that role. If the rest of the crew is going to look to them in that way, they've got to be up to the challenge. ]

Have you? I wouldn't say it's my favourite way to fight, but I wouldn't overlook it. The day may come when we're glad to know it. Which clan were you talking to?
