Thanks. [ He should probably say that for a lot more, actually. But, he's thinking about something. ] The only thing I can think that does something like that are the pokéballs. If you try and catch a pokémon that's already been captured, it bounces your pokéball back... but it doesn't really track a pokémon. Just if it's owned.
