Hanbei doesn't like what the CDC is doing, but recognizes the threat against his own world very clearly. He'd normally just serve them obediently but disdainfully (just like in canon!! haha thanks nobunaga). However, if there's ever any reason for him to believe that the CDC isn't going to hold up their end of the deal, or if a real threat to the CDC surfaced that may truly destroy then, Hanbei will participate in any uprising. Hell, he'll fucking coordinate it. Look, if the CDC are going to eventually destroy his world, he may as well give it a fighting chance.
